LOCAL GOVERNMENT (QUALIFICATION OF MUNICIPAL OFFICERS/
AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation1.These regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Qualification of
Municipal Officers) Amendment Regulations 1990.
Regulation 14 amended2.Regulation 14 of the Local Government (Qualification of Municipal Officers)
Regulations 1984* is amended in subregulation (1) by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph—
(d) the Chief Executive of the Department of Planning and Urban Development of the State, or an officer of the State Public Service nominated by him; ".
