Local Government (Postponement) Regulation 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Postponement) Regulation 2010 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 12 June 2011. (2) In this section— postponed law means an uncommenced provision of the Local Government Act 2009 . Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 13 June 2011. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 14 June 2011.
