An Act to amend the Local Government Act 1919 in relation to the

Local Government (Plan Registration) Amendment 1986

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Local Government (Plan Registration) Amendment Act 1986".

Commencement

2. (1) Sections 1 and 2 shall commence on the date of assent to this

Act.

(2) Except as provided by subsection (I), this Act shall commence on the commencement of the Conveyancing (Plan Registration) Amendment Act 1986.

Amendment of Act No. 41, 1919, s. 327AA (Land included in a current plan not to be disposed of except in lots or portions shown on that plan)

3. The Local Government Act 1919 is amended by omitting from section

327AA (2) the matter "subsection (12) of section 196" and by inserting

instead the matter "section 195i".
