I make the following order under section 137(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1993 .13 January 2014

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Local Government Order (No. 2) 2014 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Transfer of land to Clarence City CouncilThe land situated at 60 Belbins Road, Lindisfarne in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 214768, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Clarence City Council.
