I make the following order under section 137(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1993 .1 February 2016

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Local Government Order 2016 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Transfer of land to Flinders CouncilThe land situated at Main Street, Lady Barron in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 86322, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Flinders Council.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

Notified in the Gazette on 24 February 2016

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order) This order transfers land, situated at Main Street, Lady Barron in Tasmania, to the Flinders Council.
