I make the following order under section 137(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1993 .25 May 2012

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Local Government Order 2012 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Transfer of land to Northern Midlands CouncilThe land situated at 47 George Street, Perth in Tasmania comprised in General Law Grant Numbers 7/72 and 8/9 of 1839 is transferred to the Northern Midlands Council.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

Notified in the Gazette on 6 June 2012

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order) This order transfers certain land situated at George Street, Perth in Tasmania to the Northern Midlands Council.
