Local Government Order 2003

After consultation with the Central Highlands Council and being satisfied that it is appropriate to do so, I make the following order under section 140(2) of the Local Government Act 1993 .21 May 2003

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Local Government Order 2003 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Transfer of land to councilThe land situated at Ellendale Road at Westerway in Tasmania comprised in Volume 573191, Folio 1 of the register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 is to be transferred to the Central Highlands Council.
