I make the following order under section 137 of the Local Government Act 1993 .26 March 2002

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Local Government Order 2002 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Transfer of land to councilThe land situated at 47 High Street Mathinna in Tasmania and contained in a folio of the Register, within the meaning of the Land Titles Act 1980 , and shown in Certificate of Title, Volume 233456 Folio 3 is transferred to the Break O’Day Council.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order) This order transfers land at Mathinna in Tasmania owned by Clifford Laurence Howard Street to the Break O’Day Council.
