Local Government (Operations) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Operations) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the LocalGovernment(Operations)Regulation 2010 . 3 Amendment of sch 1 (Prescribed information about local governments) (1) Schedule 1, entry for Barcaldine, column 3, ‘LGRB 5’— omit, insert — ‘LGRB edition 2’. (2) Schedule 1, entry for Blackall Tambo— omit, insert— ‘Blackall- Tambo region LGRB 8 edition 3 division 1—1 division 2—1 division 3—1 division 4—1 5’ 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Implementing local government changes relating to changes of the boundaries of local government areas) Schedule 3, part 1— insert— ‘2 Change in external boundaries of the Barcaldine and Blackall-Tambo regions ‘(1) Lot 6 on crown plan 848943 is excluded from the Barcaldine Regional Council’s local government area and included in the Blackall-Tambo Regional Council’s local government area. ‘(2) The local government change mentioned in subsection (1) takes effect on 30 September 2011.
