Local Government (Operations) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Operations) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the LocalGovernment(Operations)Regulation 2010. 3 Amendment of sch 1 (Prescribed information about local governments) (1) Schedule 1, entry for Moreton Bay, column 3, ‘LGB 50 edition 1’— omit, insert— ‘LGB 50 edition 2’. (2) Schedule 1, entry for Sunshine Coast, column 3, ‘LGB 63 edition 1’— omit, insert— ‘LGB 63 edition 2’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Implementing local government changes relating to changes of the boundaries of local government areas) Schedule 3, part 1— insert— ‘6 Change in external boundaries of Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast areas ‘(1) The part of lot 5 on SP242747 within the Moreton Bay Regional Council’s local government area on 22 November 2012 is excluded from the Moreton Bay Regional Council’s local government area and included in the Sunshine Coast Regional Council’s local government area. ‘(2) The local government change mentioned in subsection (1) takes effect on 23 November 2012.
