This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Mission Beach Marine Facilities Joint Board) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The LocalGovernment(MissionBeachMarineFacilitiesJointBoard) Regulation 1993 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.7 (President) 3.(1) Section 7(2)— omit, insert— ‘(2) An election is to take place at the first meeting of the Joint Board held after the commencement of the Local Government (Mission Beach Marine Facilities Joint Board) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993. ’. (2) Section 7(5)— omit, insert— ‘(5) The member elected president under subsection (2) must be a member of Cardwell Shire Council. ’. ENDNOTES 1.
