This regulation may be cited as the Local Government Legislation (Councillor Code of Conduct) Amendment Regulation 2020.

This part amends the City of Brisbane Regulation 2012.

3   Amendment of s 241 (Declaration of office—Act, s 169)

Section 241, after ‘2010’—
insert—

and the code of conduct under the Local Government Act 2009

Part 3    Amendment of Local Government Regulation 2012

4   Regulation amended

This part amends the Local Government Regulation 2012.

5   Amendment of s 239A (Approval of code of conduct—Act, s 150E)

Section 239A, ‘30 August 2018’—
omit, insert—
