Local Government Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2013 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2013 . Part 2 Amendment of City of Brisbane Regulation 2012 2 Regulation amended This part amends the City of Brisbane Regulation 2012. Note — See also the amendments in the schedule. 3 Amendment of s 160 (Preparation and content of budget) Section 160(9), from ‘the document’ to ‘March 2011’— omit, insert— the document called ‘Financial Management (Sustainability) Guideline 2013’, version 1, made by the department Part 3 Amendment of Local Government Regulation 2012 4 Regulation amended This part amends the Local Government Regulation 2012. Local Government Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2013 Part 4 Minor amendments [s 5] 5 Amendment of s 35 (Activity statement) (1) Section 35(2)(b) to (d)— renumber as section 35(2)(c) to (e). (2) Section 35(2)(a)— omit, insert— (a) the revenue from goods and services provided to the local government in conducting the business activity; and (b) the revenue from goods and services provided to persons other than the local government in conducting the business activity; and 6 Amendment of s 169 (Preparation and content of budget) Section 169(9), from ‘the document’ to ‘March 2011’— omit, insert— the document called ‘Financial Management (Sustainability) Guideline 2013’, version 1, made by the department 7 Amendment of sch 8 (Dictionary) Schedule 8, definition senior executive employee — omit.
