Part 2 Amendment of City of Brisbane (Operations) Regulation 2010 2 Regulation amended This part amends the CityofBrisbane(Operations)Regulation 2010. 3 Amendment of s 14 (Anti-competitive provisions) Section 14(2), from ‘Guidelines’ to ‘Policies’— omit, insert — ‘Guidelines to assist Local Governments identify possible anti-competitive provisions in proposed local laws and proposed local law policies’. 4 Amendment of s 15 (Procedures for the review of anti-competitive provisions—Act, s 41) Section 15(2), from ‘Guidelines’ to ‘Policies’— omit, insert — ‘Guidelines for conducting public interest tests on possible anti-competitive provisions in local laws and local law policies’.
