This regulation may be cited as the Local Government Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . PART 2—AMENDMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT (ALLORA, GLENGALLAN, ROSENTHAL AND WARWICK) REGULATION 1994 ˙ Regulation amended in pt 2 2. This part amends the LocalGovernment(Allora,Glengallan,Rosenthal and Warwick) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 19 (Local laws for the new area) 3. Section 19(2)(c), ‘2 years elapse’— omit, insert— ‘25 March 1997’. PART 3—AMENDMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT (BUNDABERG AND BURNETT) REGULATION 1993 ˙ Regulation amended in pt 3 4. This part amends the LocalGovernment(BundabergandBurnett)Regulation 1993 .

(2) Section 23(2)(a), ‘government;’— omit, insert— ‘government; or’. (3) Section 23(2)(b), ‘local laws);’— omit, insert— ‘local laws); or’. (4) Section 23(2)(c)— omit, insert— ‘(c) if paragraphs (a) and (b) do not apply—25 March 1997.’.
