Made under the Local Government Legislation Amendment Act 2019 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Local Government Legislation

Amendment Act 2019 Commencement Proclamation
(No. 2) 2019.

2.             Commencement

The Local Government Legislation Amendment Act 2019 sections 26 to 38, 39(1), 40 to 44, 67 and 74(3) come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.

Amendment Act 2019 section 26 comes into operation.
