Made under the Local Government Legislation Amendment Act 2019 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Local Government Legislation

Amendment Act 2019 Commencement Proclamation 2020.

2.             Commencement

The Local Government Legislation Amendment Act 2019
sections 5, 13, 14, 16, 17, 20, 24, 57, 64, 65, 66, 68 and 74(1) and
(2) and Part 4 come into operation on the day after the day on
which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
