Local Government Legislation Amendment

Act 2019 Commencement Proclamation 2019

Made under the Local Government Legislation Amendment Act 2019 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Local Government Legislation

Amendment Act 2019 Commencement Proclamation 2019.

2.             Commencement

The Local Government Legislation Amendment Act 2019 sections 15 and 61 come into operation as follows —

(a)	section 15 — on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette;
(b)	section 61 — on 16 September 2019.
