This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Internal Boundaries Review) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Local Government (Internal BoundariesReview) Regulation 1996 . ˙ Amendment of s 25A (Shire of Warwick) 3.(1) Section 25A(2), ‘plan LGB 127 edition 2’— omit, insert— ‘plan LGB 127 edition 3’. (2) Section 25A— insert— ‘ (4) The redividing of the local government area of the Shire of Warwick in the way mentioned in subsection (2) is taken to have had effect on and from the commencement of the Local Government Legislation AmendmentRegulation (No. 3) 1996 , section 13. 1 ’.
