2 Local Government (Interim Development Control—Diamantina Shire Council) No. 248, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Local Government (Interim Development Control—Diamantina Shire Council) Order 1992 . ˙ Application of regulation 2.(1) Schedule 4 (other than clause 2(a), (b), (e), (f), (g) and (h)) to the LocalGovernment(PlanningandEnvironment)Regulation1991 is approved as interim development control provisions in relation to that part of the Diamantina Shire Council’s Area as is set out in the Schedule. (2) Schedule 4 (other than clause 2(e), (f), (g) and (h)) to the LocalGovernment (Planning and Environment) Regulation 1991 is approved as interim development control provisions in relation to that part of the Diamantina Shire Council’s Area as is not set out in the Schedule.

The town of Bedourie, consisting of the area bounded by 4 imaginary lines drawn— • 100 m north of, and parallel to, the northern boundary of Wango Street • 100 m east of, and parallel to, the eastern boundary of Marranilla Street • 100 m south of, and parallel to, the southern boundary of Nappa Street • 100 m west of, and parallel to, the western boundary of Wodonga Street. 2. The town of Birdsville, consisting of the area bounded by 4 imaginary lines drawn— • 200 m west of, and parallel to, the western boundary of R.5 (Police Reserve) • 500 m north of, and parallel to, the northern boundary of Graham Street • 100 m east of, and parallel to, the eastern boundary of Vaughan Street • along the northern bank of the billabong on the southern side of the town.
