2 Local Government (Interim Development Control— Barcaldine Shire Council) No. 80, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Local Government (Interim Development Control—Barcaldine Shire Council) Order 1992 . ˙ Application of regulation 2. Schedule 4 (other than clause 2(e), (g) and (h)) to the LocalGovernment (Planning and Environment) Regulation 1991 is approved as interim development control provisions in relation to the Barcaldine Shire Council’s Area.
