Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Infringement

Notices) Regulations 1991.
Prescribed offences and modified penalties for section 669F

2.    For the purposes of section 669F of the Act—

(a)	an offence or a class of offence in Column 1 of Schedule 1 is a prescribed offence or a prescribed class of offence that may be dealt with under the section; and
(b)	the amount in Column 2 of Schedule 1 opposite an offence or a class of offence in Column 1 is the modified penalty prescribed to apply in

Prescribed forms for section 669F

For the purposes of section 669F of the Act—

(a) Form 1 in the Schedule 2 is the prescribed form of an infringement notice; and

(b) Form 2 in Schedule 2 is the prescribed form of a notice advising an alleged offender that an infringement notice has been withdrawn under subsection (6) of the section.
