This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Implementation of Reviewable Local Government Matters) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1999 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the LocalGovernment(ImplementationofReviewable Local Government Matters) Regulation 1999 . ˙ Amendment of s 17 (Cooloola shire) 3. Section 17(3)— omit, insert — ‘ (3) The number of councillors assigned to each division are as follows— (a) division 1—2; (b) divisions 2 to 4—3; (c) division 5—1.’. ENDNOTES 1.
