Local Government (Highways) Order 1994

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 23(2) of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982, I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following order.14 February 1994
