I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Local Government (General Revision) Amendment Act 1986, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1990 as the day on which Schedule 6 (5) to that Act, and section 4 of that Act in its application to that item, commence.
