The object of this Regulation is to increase the statutory limit on the minimum amount that may be specified general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Local Government (General) Amendment (Minimum Rates)
Regulation 2018.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2018 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Local Government (General) Regulation 2005

Clause 126 Minimum amounts of rate

Omit “$514”. Insert instead “$526”.
