2.     The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Local
Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996*.

3.     Regulation 32 amended

Regulation 32 is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting before the first word the subregulation

designation "(1)";

(b)	by inserting the following subregulation —
(2)	A local government may form or take part in forming a body corporate constituted under section 32 of the Strata Titles Act 1985.
