(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Amendment Regulations 2017

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.       Citation

These regulations are the Local Government (Functions and
General) Amendment Regulations 2017.

2.     Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.      Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Local Government (Functions and
General) Regulations 1996.

4.      Regulation 35B inserted

After regulation 35A insert:

35B.	Delegable functions of Departmental CEO (Act s. 9.67)
The Departmental CEO's functions under the provisions of the Act that are listed in the Table are delegable functions.
