Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1999

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Local Government
(Financial Management) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1999.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1999.

3.             Regulation 19A amended

Regulation 19A of the Local Government (Financial and inserting instead —

“ 11% ”.
