Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Local Government

16 June 20001 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2951

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

3.            Regulation 54 amended

Regulation 54 of the Local Government (Financial
Management) Regulations 1996* is amended as follows:

(a)	after paragraph (c) by deleting "and";
(b)	after paragraph (d) by deleting the full stop and inserting

; and

(e) water.
