Local Government (Financial Management)

Amendment Regulations 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Financial Management) Amendment Regulations 1998.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1998.

The regulations amended Government (Financial Management) Regulations 1996*. [* Published in Gazette 24 June 1996, pp. 2681-750.

Regulation 36 amended "and" after it and inserting instead —

(e) in relation to the disposal of a class of assets —

(i)    the net book value of that class of assets;

(ii)    the sale price of that class of assets; and

(iii)    the profit or loss on the sale of that class of assets; and

5. Regulation 54 amended
Regulation 54 is amended as follows—

(a)	after paragraph (c) by deleting "and";
(b)	after paragraph (d) by deleting the full stop and inserting —

(e) soil conservation.
