2 Local Government (Financial Divisions) No. 240, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Financial Divisions) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Abolition of divisions 2. On 1 July 1993, the areas of the following local authorities cease to be divided into divisions for purposes other than of Part 4 of the Act— (a) Burdekin Shire Council; (b) Kilkivan Shire Council; (c) Waggamba Shire Council.
