Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the LocalGovernment(Finance,Plans and Reporting) Regulation 2010. 3 Amendment of s 120 (Preparation of 5-year corporate plan) Section 120(2)— omit, insert — ‘(2) The local government must adopt the 5-year corporate plan in sufficient time to allow a budget and annual operational plan that are consistent with the corporate plan to be adopted for the first financial year that is covered by the plan.’. 4 Amendment of s 134 (Revenue policy) Section 134(4)— omit, insert — ‘(4) The local government must adopt the revenue policy in sufficient time to allow an annual budget that is consistent with the revenue policy to be adopted for the financial year that is covered by the policy.’.
