s1 2 s4 Local Government Finance Amendment (No. 2) No. 149, 1999 ˙ Short title 1. This standard may be cited as the Local Government Finance Amendment Standard (No. 2) 1999 . ˙ Commencement 2. This standard commences on the day that, under the Financial Sector Reform (Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Act (No. 1) 1999 (Cwlth), section 3(16), is specified as the transfer date. ˙ Standard amended 3.
