s1 2 s3 Local Government Finance Amendment Standard No. 161, 2001 (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This standard may be cited as the Local Government Finance Amendment Standard (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Standard amended This standard amends the Local Government Finance Standard 1994. 3 Insertion of new pt 2, div 5 Part 2— insert— ‘Division 5—Notional GST ‘14A Certificate about payment of notional GST ‘A local government must, no later than 15 September following a financial year, give the Minister a certificate by the chief executive officer and the mayor of the local government stating that the local government has paid notional GST for the financial year.’.
