s1 2 s3 Local Government Finance Amendment (No. 1) No. 20, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This standard may be cited as the Local Government Finance Amendment Standard (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Standard amended 2. This standard amends the Local Government Finance Standard 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 34 (Accounting records) 3. Section 34— insert— ‘ (3) A requirement under subsection (1) for a financial report to comply with the Statements of Accounting Practice applies only to the extent that the financial report is about non-current assets.’.
