2 Local Government (Electoral Matters) Amendment (No. 2) No. 2, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Electoral Matters) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1994 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The LocalGovernment(ElectoralMatters)Regulation1993 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Insertion of new s 15A 3. After section 15— insert— ˙ ‘Shire of Clifton ‘15A.(1) The area of the Shire of Clifton is not divided into divisions. ‘(2) The area is shown by map no. LGB36 Edition 1. ‘(3) The council for the shire consists of— (a) the chairperson; and (b) 9 other members. ’. ˙ Insertion of new s 21AA 4. After section 21— insert— ˙ ‘Shire of Fitzroy ‘21AA.(1) The area of the Shire of Fitzroy is not divided into divisions. ‘(2) The area is shown by map no. SC306. ‘(3) The council for the shire consists of— (a) the chairperson; and (b) 8 other members. ’.
