LOCAL GOVERNMENT (ELECTORAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Electoral)

Amendment Regulations 1995.

Regulation 3 amended

2. Regulation 3 of the Local Government (Electoral) Regulations 1984* is

amended —

(a)	by inserting after the regulation designation "3." the subregulation designation "(1)"; and
(b)	by inserting the following subregulation

(2) For the purpose of a poll conducted under section 611 of the Act the returning officer shall use the owners and occupiers roll last compiled prior to the taking of the poll.
