Local Government (Elections) Amendment

Regulations 1999

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

By Command of the Governor, ROD SPENCER, Clerk of the Executive Council.

These regulations may be cited as the Local Government
(Elections) Amendment Regulations 1999.

2.            Regulation 52 amended

Regulation 52(3) of the Local Government (Elections)
Regulations 1997* is amended as follows:

(a)	after "paper" by inserting — " envelope ";
(b)	by deleting "(1)(d)" and inserting instead — " (1)(a) ".
