Local Government (COVID-19 Response)

Amendment Order 2020

Made by the Minister under section 10.3 of the Act.

1.   Citation

This order is the Local Government (COVID-19 Response)

Amendment Order 2020.

2.   Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows —

(a)	clauses 1 and 2— on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the order — on the day after that day.

3. Order amended

D. TEMPLEMAN, Minister for Local Government.

This order amends the Local Government (COVID-19 Response)

Order 2020.

4.            Clause 3 amended

In clause 3(1) delete the definition of cessation day and insert:

cessation day means the day on which the Local

Government (COVID-19 Response) Amendment Order

2020 clause 4 comes into operation;
