4 Local Government Court Rules Amendment (No. 1) No. 236, 1992 These fees, except where otherwise provided, are to be taken on signing the certificate or on the allowance of the bill of costs as taxed, but the fees are due and payable, if no certificate is required, on the amount of the bill as taxed or on the amount of the part that may be taxed and the solicitor, or party suing in person, is to pay the amount fixed by the Registrar. The Registrar may require a deposit on account of fees before taxation of not more than the fees on the full amount of the costs as submitted for taxation and the officer, on taking the deposit, is to make a note of the deposit on the bill of costs. 26.
