2 Local Government (Correction of Errors) (No. 2) No. 485, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Local Government (Correction of Errors) Order (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Purpose 2. This order in council corrects the notice mentioned in section 3 for the purpose of curing irregularities in the approval and publication of the by-law mentioned in the notice. ˙ Corrected notice 3. The Pioneer Shire Council (Approval of By-laws) Notice (No. 1) 1993 , published in the Gazette on 4 June 1993 at pages 720-2 · , is corrected as set out in this order. ˙ Correction of Schedule 4.(1) Schedule, Chapter 57, clause 1 (definition “Water Fairway” )— omit ‘ beyond the top ’, insert ‘ beyond the toe ’.
