2 Local Government (Correction of Errors) (No. 1) No. 102, 1993 PART 1—PRELIMINARY ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Local Government (Correction of Errors) Order (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Purpose 2. This order in council corrects the notices mentioned in Parts 2 and 3, for the purpose of curing irregularities in the approval and publication of the by-laws mentioned in the notices. PART 2—TOOWOOMBA CITY COUNCIL BY-LAW ˙ Corrected notice 3. The Toowoomba City Council (Approval of By-laws) Notice (No. 2) 1993 is corrected as set out in this Part. ˙ Correction of Schedule 4. Schedule— omit ‘ with ’, insert ‘ within ’. PART 3—GOLD COAST CITY COUNCIL BY-LAW ˙ Corrected notice 5. The notice— (a) published in the Gazette on 15 September 1990 at page 239; and

3 Local Government (Correction of Errors) (No. 1) No. 102, 1993 (b) purporting to set out the approval of the Governor in Council of a by-law made by the Council of the City of Gold Coast; is corrected as set out in this Part. ˙ Correction 6. Notice— omit from ‘ The by-laws of the Council ’ to ‘ TIDAL LAKES ’, insert— ‘ Chapter 4 of the By-Laws of the Council of the City of Gold Coast, published in the “Government Gazette” on the 11th day of March, 1989, as amended from time to time, are hereby further amended as follows: CHAPTER 4—BUILDINGS By inserting the following new By-Law: BUILDINGS IN RELATION TO WATERWAYS OCEAN FORESHORES AND TIDAL LAKES (Pursuant to Standard Building By-Law 11.1) ’.
