s1 2 s4 Local Government (Community Government Areas) No. 195, 2007 Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Community Government Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the LocalGovernment(CommunityGovernment Areas) Regulation 2004. 3 Replacement of pt 2, div 4, hdg (Miscellaneous provision) Part 2, division 4, heading— omit, insert— ‘Division 4 Appointment of financial controllers—Act, section 22’. 4 Insertion of new s 13B Part 2, division 4— insert— ‘13B Appointment of financial controllers—Pormpuraaw Shire Council ‘(1) Lisa Niven and Graeme Pearson are each appointed as a financial controller for the Pormpuraaw Shire Council. ‘(2) The appointment is for the period starting on 10 August 2007 and ending on 8 February 2008.’.
