s1 2 s3 Local Government (Community Government Areas) No. 181, 2007 Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Community Government Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the LocalGovernment(CommunityGovernment Areas) Regulation 2004. 3 Replacement of s 13A (Appointment of financial controller—Doomadgee Shire Council) Section 13A— omit, insert— ‘13A Appointment of financial controller—Doomadgee Shire Council ‘(1) Graeme Pearson is appointed as a financial controller for the Doomadgee Shire Council. ‘(2) The appointment is for the period starting on 27 July 2007 and ending on 18 March 2008.’.
