Local Government (Community Government Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Community Government Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 9 February 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the LocalGovernment(CommunityGovernment Areas) Regulation 2004. 4 Replacement of s 13B (Appointment of financial controllers—Pormpuraaw Shire Council) Section 13B— omit, insert— ‘13B Appointment of financial controllers—Pormpuraaw Shire Council ‘(1) Graeme Pearson and Janelle Menzies are each appointed as a financial controller for the Pormpuraaw Shire Council. ‘(2) The appointment is for the period starting on 9 February 2008 and ending on 30 June 2008.’.
