s1 2 s3 Local Government (Community Government Areas) No. 72, 2007 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Community Government Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the LocalGovernment(CommunityGovernment Areas) Regulation 2004. 3 Insertion of new pt 2, div 4 Part 2— insert— ‘Division 4 Miscellaneous provision ‘13A Appointment of financial controller—Doomadgee Shire Council ‘(1) Cher Barron is appointed as a financial controller for the Doomadgee Shire Council. ‘(2) The appointment is for the period starting on 27 April 2007 and ending on 26 July 2007.’.
