REGULATIONS UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1934

Local Government (Certificates of Validity

for By-Laws) Regulations, 1986

being

1. These regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Certificates of Validity for By-

Laws) Regulations, 1986.

2. The Local Government (Certificate of a Legal Practitioner Certifying a By-Law)

Regulations, 1984 (No. 149 of 1984, see Gazette, 2 August, 1984, p. 476) are revoked.

3. For the purposes of section 669 of the Local Government Act, 1934, the certificate to be signed by a legal practitioner certifying as to the validity of a by-law must be in the following form:
