Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Certificate of Liabilities)

Regulations 1997.

Commencement

2. These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 1997.

Revocation

3. The Local Government (Certificate of Liabilities) Regulations 1989 (see Gazette

22 December 1988 p. 2124) are revoked.

Interpretation

4. In these regulations—

"Act" means the Local Government Act 1934.

Prescribed fee for certificate of liabilities (s. 194(3))
