Local Government (Cambridge and

Subiaco - Change of Boundaries) Order 2017

Made by the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Minister for Local Government.

1.            Citation

This order is the Local Government (Cambridge and
Subiaco - Change of Boundaries) Order 2017.

2.            Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows —

(a) clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the order— on 1 July 2017.

3.            Terms used

Authority has the meaning given in section 9.69(1) of the Act;

In this order plan of that number —

(a) lodged with the Authority; and
(b) certified by an authorised land officer, as defined in section 9.69(1) of the Act; and
(c) available —

(i)     in paper form at the Authority's head office; and

(1) The boundaries of the Wembley Ward in the district of
Cambridge are changed so that the ward consists of the land

(ii)     in electronic form on the Authority's official website.

4.            District boundaries changed

(1) The boundaries of the district of Cambridge are changed so that
the district consists of the land delineated in red and coloured
blue on Deposited Plan 410044 version 1.
(2) The boundaries of the district of Subiaco are changed so that the
district consists of the land delineated in red and coloured blue
on Deposited Plan 410042 version 1.

5.            Ward boundaries changed

2 May 2017 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2305

delineated in red and coloured pink on Deposited Plan 410045

version 1.

(2) The boundaries of the North Ward in the district of Subiaco are

changed so that the ward consists of the land delineated in red

and coloured pink on Deposited Plan 410043 version 1.
